Shipping Address Policy

Brickell Bikes is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a package is shipped back to Brickell Bikes due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded.

In the event that Brickell Bikes is unable to create a shipping label for the address provided by the customer, we will attempt to contact you for an address correction via e-mail. If no response is received within 24 hours, the entire order will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full.

Are shipping times guaranteed?

We do not guarantee arrival times. 

Canceling my order?

Once a package leaves our facility the order cannot be cancelled. At that point you will need to accept the package, then contact us to initiate a return.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@brickellbikes.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit?

Once parcels are set out and tracking numbers are given, Brickell Bikes is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required.

Brickell Bikes promises to ship your order and inform you of a way to track your delivery in a timely manner. However, Brickell Bikes will not be held responsible in the event where your package is believed to be stolen or goes missing after the carrier marks it as delivered.

If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to the customer to file the appropriate claims with USPS/FedEx or UPS and file a police report if necessary. Brickell Bikes will not issue refunds or replacements once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.

When do we ship?

We ship our items within 24 hours of payment Monday through Friday unless stated otherwise.

  • Orders purchased on Saturdays and Sundays (Shipment will be processed on Monday)
  • U.S. National Holidays (i.e. New Years Day, Christmas, President's Day)

How we ship.

We offer UPS and USPS delivery options. During checkout, you can easily see all available shipping options for your order and location. Just input your zip/postal code, and you'll receive an instant quote for all available shipping options to your location. We only display available shipping options, and if a faster method is available for free, we won't bother displaying the slower method.
