Refund policy

  

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@brickellbikes.com. Wait for return confirmation as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once the item has been received, a member of our team will notify you to let you know the item has been received. Once the item has been inspected for a return an automatic refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment of method. 

What happens if I receive the wrong item or my item arrives damaged?
If you receive an item in error or your order arrives damaged, please contact us sales@brickellbikes.com within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the problem.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If something doesn't fit right, please email us at sales@brickellbikes.com with your order information and reason for return.

You will be responsible for shipping the item to us we will cover shipping the item back to you.
